At FEAMLE, we aim to provide high-quality women’s fashion products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be in original condition without stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Products Eligible for Return
The following women’s dress categories are eligible for return (subject to eligibility rules):
- Kurtis & Kurta Sets
- Sarees
- Dresses & Gowns
- Tops & Tunics
- Co-ord Sets
- Ethnic Wear
- Western Wear
- Casual & Party Wear Dresses
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear or intimate wear
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
- Accessories (unless received damaged or defective)
4. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns will be accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong product received
- Size mismatch
- Damaged or defective item
- Product significantly different from description
- Manufacturing defect
5. Return Process
- Submit a return request within the allowed return period.
- Provide order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.
- The product must be securely packed in original packaging.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size replacement or defective items only.
- Exchange depends on product availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
9. Return Shipping
- Free return pickup may be provided for defective or incorrect items.
- For size exchange or customer preference returns, shipping charges may apply.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.
11. Refund Rejection Conditions
Refunds may not be approved if:
- Product shows signs of use or washing
- Tags are removed
- Product is damaged after delivery
- Return request exceeds allowed time frame
